Quaint and luxury accommodation with super-friendly stuff on the reception desk. Pretty nice bedroom. Very comfy bed; well decorated bathroom. Great and unbeatable location of the hotel, not far from do in central Liverpool, road directly outside and restaurants and bars within a reasonable walk of the docks.

Luxury place all in all, has very pleasant staff on the reception desk. I have stayed in the double room with trendy decor. The location of the hotel is particularly good, close enough to the centre of town, and shops, restaurants, puds and Chinatown. Also, it is at a medium distance from St George's Hall Liverpool.

Clean and the staff was amazingly nice. The location was stunning, close to Concert Square. Moreover, it was 10 minutes on foot from the downtown. The room was beautifully designed and what's more - included a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. I got lovely bedroom, the stay was such great overall, and had late check-out.

All the staff was amazingly nice and accommodating, settled my issues. This accommodation was in the very central location in a fantastic setting.
